PRODUCTION
We have developed more than 1,200 hectares owned by the group, supported by a specialized team focused on asset identification and acquisition. All properties are located in the key pistachio-growing provinces of La Mancha (Madrid, Toledo, Ciudad Real, Albacete and Cuenca).
In addition, we manage more than 2,000 hectares on behalf of third parties, with expertise across all varieties and rootstocks, planting frameworks and tree ages — from dryland farming to high-irrigation systems. We manage every type of pistachio farm.

PROCESSING
This division evolves to consolidate as Viridi Ingredients and Viridi Nexus, encompassing the entire processing cycle, the development of value-added pistachio products and large-scale commercialization.
- Viridi Processing Mancha: flagship facility with a capacity exceeding 6,000 tons per year, exclusively dedicated to pistachios.
- Viridi Processing Madrid: industrial center specialized in the production of high value-added derivatives such as pure paste, creams, calibrated kernels, granules and flours.
- Our state-of-the-art processing plant, with the capacity to handle more than 6,000 tons annually, is designed exclusively for pistachios, ensuring maximum efficiency and freshness

Agricultural Production Services
This division operates under Víridi Agro360: complementary services for farms already in operation.
