Tembleque – Where it all began

More than a decade ago, at Villa Ebury, a plantation was established that marked the origin of our project. That pioneering estate not only brought our team together, but also laid the foundations of the model we continue to refine today. We currently advise on more than 500 hectares in this area and manage one of the country’s most outstanding productive farms.

La Casa del Pistacho – Premium Dryland Excellence

On land once home to centuries-old vineyards, and set on some of the finest soils in Castilla-La Mancha, La Casa del Pistacho was born.

Developed entirely from the ground up, this project now exceeds 500 hectares. Its location, climate and soil structure enable us to produce pistachios of exceptional quality with a truly outstanding organoleptic profile.

Villamanrique de Tajo – High-Capacity Irrigated Pistachio Hub

Villamanrique, approaching 1,000 hectares, is the largest pistachio hub in the Community of Madrid and one of the largest in Europe.

Located alongside the Tagus River, this unique estate includes more than 600 hectares of high-capacity irrigated land. Fully developed by our team, the Villamanrique plantation is achieving record yields, confirming the productive potential of our model when fertile soil, abundant water and rigorous technical management come together.

Other Projects – Repositioning and Technical Optimization

We also work with already established farms. In Villatobas, for example, we took over the management of an existing plantation. Through a precise intervention focused on three key pillars — irrigation, fertilization and pruning — we increased the farm’s expected production by nearly 40%. Projects like this demonstrate how our experience and technical approach can transform the performance of operating farms.
